It also needs to let marketing teams work independently, publish content quickly and evolve the site without constantly relying on developers. #### That was exactly the goal Adviso gave us for the complete redesign of its website, already powered by HubSpot. #### The mandate was to fully rethink the user experience, modernize the visual interface and, above all, give marketing teams the tools they need to grow the site efficiently and independently.   ## The project’s challenges Adviso’s website was already hosted on HubSpot CMS. However, the existing page templates and theme significantly limited the team’s flexibility. Each new page often required technical work, a lot of content was duplicated across the site, and some information had to be updated manually on several pages, increasing the risk of errors. #### The project had several objectives: - integrate Adviso’s **new visual identity**; - create a **modern** and **distinctive user experience** (UI); - **standardize** design and navigation across the entire site; - enable marketing teams to manage content **independently**; - make the most of **HubSpot’s native features**. We then developed a fully customized child theme to tailor every template to Adviso’s specific needs, without compromising the ability to update the parent theme. > Each page type — objectives, services, industries, case studies and many more — now has its own unique layout. All of these templates were built in Drag & Drop mode, allowing marketing teams to easily change page structure directly in HubSpot, without writing a single line of code.   ## Centralizing information with HubDB One of the key elements of this redesign is the extensive use of HubDB. HubDB is a database built into HubSpot that centralizes structured information and automatically reuses it anywhere on a website. Instead of copying the same information across multiple pages, all key data is now centralized in different HubDB tables. > Services, objectives, case studies, logos, images and much more are all centralized. We developed an extensive library of HubSpot modules fully tailored to Adviso’s reality. These modules make it possible to: - automatically display HubDB data as cards, carousels or image galleries; - show, for example, the right client or partner logos depending on the context; - reuse the same content throughout the site; - avoid duplicates; - maintain visual **consistency** across the **entire** platform. > Today, the team has simple tools that automate much of the repetitive work while giving them a great deal of flexibility.   ## Connecting the site to other tools and the HubSpot CRM Several advanced features were also developed to eliminate duplicate data entry. For example, job postings are now automatically synced from the recruitment tool Adviso uses. The same principle was applied to other content, so that information is maintained in one place and automatically published wherever it’s needed. All forms and visitor interactions are connected directly to the HubSpot CRM, automating data collection, improving lead tracking and optimizing marketing and sales processes. > This approach greatly reduces the risk of errors while simplifying day-to-day site management.   ## An experience optimized for SEO and AEO The redesign wasn’t only about looks. Every page template was developed following search engine optimization (SEO) best practices, while also addressing the new challenges of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). The goal is to help search engines and AI-powered assistants understand, interpret and effectively present the site’s content. Optimizations include: - structured data (Schema.org / JSON-LD) tailored to each content type;built-in breadcrumbs; - semantic HTML structure and optimized heading hierarchy; - blog templates designed for better readability; - article summaries and key takeaway sections that make important information easy to extract; - structured content that favors rich snippets and answers generated by search engines and AI assistants. > These optimizations not only improve the site’s ranking in traditional search engines, they also increase the chances of its content being used as a source of answers by next-generation search engines and AI assistants, while delivering a better experience for visitors.   ## A site built to evolve The main goal of this redesign was to turn the website into a true marketing platform.
